NEW SEA POINT HOTEL AND APARTMENT COMPLEX FRAMED WITH BESPOKE PAVING
In Sea Point’s vibrant district, Station House, a new hotel and apartment complex, features Revelstone’s Jura Cobbles along its sidewalks. Specified by Vivid Architects and laid by Brutus Paving, the multi-colored cobbles enrich the architectural charm of the structure.
Nic Cloete of Vivid Architects explains, “We opted for a staggerbond pattern to visually enrich the site, using three colors—mid-grey (70%), granite (20%), and light grey (10%)—to create a harmonious effect.”
Station House, developed by the Berman Brothers Group and D2E Properties, offers a range of amenities, including a pool deck, restaurant and bar, outdoor gym, and more. Accommodation options include studios, one to three-bedroom suites, and penthouses, each with a private pool.
